Red Horse Market is looking for dedicated Stock Associates to join our team! As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store presentation, ensuring product availability, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Ensure the freshness, accuracy, and quality of all products.
- Load and unload deliveries; set up and break down pallets.
- Replenish stock efficiently and accurately across all areas of the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and promoting sales.
- Conduct inventory checks and restock as needed.
- Maintain Red Horse Markets standards for a clean, organized shopping environment.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance (e.g., shoveling snow, salting entrances).
- Follow store opening and closing procedures.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 3050 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
- Willingness to assist with general store maintenance as needed.
