Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Front Desk and HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, as well handling customer support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent in supporting office management and problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
  • Onboard new employees
  • Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies
  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
  • Assist in performance management tasks

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
  • Provide customer support over telephone and an online help desk system
  • Respond to online tickets in a brand-friendly tone and provide service summaries and reports
  • Track and order supplies
  • Receive mail
  • Provide deadline reminders to relevant teams in the front office
  • Other administrative-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel software
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with online ticket system software is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
