Job Description

Site Security Supervisor

Location: Westmont, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $31.00/hour

Former Military, or Law Enforcement Personnel background required.

At Blue Line Security Solutions, our Site Supervisors are key to maintaining secure and efficient operations. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee on-site security staff, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and promote a professional and service-oriented environment.

We’re looking for dependable, proactive leaders who can manage teams, handle incidents with confidence, and build strong relationships with clients, while upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee supervision of security officers
Support upper management with coaching and corrective actions
Build and maintain positive relationships with client representatives
Monitor CCTV and manage on-site logistics
Ensure strict compliance with Client post orders and company protocols
Maintain accurate reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs

Requirements:

Military service in a law enforcement-related specialty, such as military police, combat arms, or special forces.
Minimum of two years of experience carrying a firearm as a law enforcement officer, with no disciplinary actions regarding firearm use or force.
Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
40-hour state certification and PERC Card.
Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Card required.
Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety.
Proficient in report writing and strong observation skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma required; further education in security administration or a related field is preferred.
