Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - onsite, free parking
Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Workshop Project Manager:
- Lead the planning and execution of creative projects supporting photoshoots, in-store displays, and experiential events
- Collaborate across internal teams, vendors, and external contributors to align project goals with creative and business objectives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from kickoff through completion, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination among designers, fabricators, on-set/site crews, and fellow project managers
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and maintain documentation to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders through organized updates, recaps, and meetings that drive alignment and accountability
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and align with the creative vision
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or scope issues
- Maintain detailed reporting on timelines, budgets, tasks, and workshop or vendor coordination
- Champion effective communication and creative problem-solving to move projects forward efficiently
What you’ll bring to the Workshop Project Manager role:
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or technical/fabrication settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on creative efficiency
- Comfort with digital tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, Zoom, Excel, and project planning systems
- Experience managing budgets and working with vendors on timelines and deliverables
- Ability to clearly communicate project status, challenges, and solutions at all levels
- Familiarity with PM frameworks such as RACI, Gantt charts, and Stage-Gate methods
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, business, or equivalent experience
- PMP or other certifications preferred
- Experience working across hybrid or distributed teams, especially within creative and experiential environments
