The ERP Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in full lifecycle ERP projects, including RFP preparation, implementation, upgrades, and migration initiatives. Working primarily in a hybrid environment without travel requirements, this consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to design, configure, and optimize ERP solutions using a variety of standard and custom tools. The role demands expertise in system analysis, change management, and best practices to ensure successful project delivery and seamless user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis and requirements gathering to align business needs with ERP capabilities
- Design solutions and configure ERP systems for optimal performance
- Lead data migration, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to internal teams
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and process maps
- Manage change and provide expert advice on ERP architecture and best practices
- Perform gap analysis and assist with process improvement initiatives
- Utilize ERP and third-party tools along with collaboration platforms for project execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Business process analysis and project management skills
- Experience with data migration tools and testing/QA methodologies
- Proven ability in training delivery and change management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
