Available Schedules (Two Positions)
- Tuesday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday – Monday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring two Facilities Maintenance Technicians to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure at our ski resort. This is a lighter maintenance role focused on general repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting facility operations.
The position is seasonal/temporary to start, with opportunities for future call-ins and full-time placement for dependable, high-performing technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance across resort facilities
- Complete light carpentry and general building repairs
- Assist with basic HVAC-related tasks and system upkeep
- Perform minimal electrical work, primarily breaker-related tasks
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance issue resolution
- Ensure facilities remain safe, clean, and operational
- Support maintenance needs during high-traffic and peak operation periods
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, or related fields
- Residential maintenance experience acceptable; commercial facilities experience preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry, general repairs, and building maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge (breakers only)
- HVAC exposure is a plus but not required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-altitude environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Requirements
- No handyman license required
- Must supply a basic personal tool bag
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the job site
