<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionMasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Midland, TX. The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment, including vac trucks, street sweepers, pumps, heavy equipment, etc. Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$25.00 - $35.00/hour to start based on experience. </li>
<li>Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay. </li>
<li>Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision insurance. </li>
<li>PTO and sick/personal days. </li>
<li>401K match. </li>
</ul>
Shift Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday, 6AM-8AM start time. </li>
<li>OT available </li>
</ul>
Key Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related field (heavy equipment, oilfield, automotive, etc.) </li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. </li>
<li>Experience with OEM diagnostic software or other scanners. </li>
<li>Welding and fabrication experience is preferred. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license. </li>
<li>Must have own set of tools. </li>
