Job Details Salary: From $60,000 to $180,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Madison, NJ 07940 Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify the desired vehicle make, type, and features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives. Develop skills to effectively overcome customer objections. Research vehicle availability and options using the computer database. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in value, fees, and financing or lease options. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration. Follow up with customers using the CRM database to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Job Requirement: Automotive sales experience is beneficial but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain customer relationships. Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
