LHH is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Legal Assistant with Personal Injury experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers the chance to gain experience with a well-regarded legal team and transition into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling personal injury matters

  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

  • Manage case files, discovery, and trial preparation materials

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies

  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings

  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case management systems

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of legal assistant experience, with personal injury required

  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
