Position: Dental Hygienist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $50-$60/hour plus production incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to all patients
- Conduct scaling and prophylaxis, take x-rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related tasks under the supervision of a general dentist
- Deliver same-day care whenever feasible to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate patients and their families about oral hygiene practices
- Evaluate dental conditions and needs, reviewing patients' medical histories
- Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as required
- Take and organize x-rays in patient records as necessary
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Valid state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a practical skills assessment (mandatory at the time of hire)
