We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to support inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems on Camp Lejeune. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a secure military installation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fire alarm systems
• Work with systems such as Notifier, Simplex, Honeywell, Edwards, and Siemens
• Perform device replacement, panel programming, and system upgrades
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and NFPA codes
• Complete inspection reports and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with base personnel and follow all site safety/security protocols
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 72 and DoD requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fire alarm installation or service experience
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72
• Ability to obtain and maintain base access to Camp Lejeune
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• NICET I–III (Fire Alarm Systems)
• Experience working on military bases or federal facilities
• Low-voltage license (if applicable)
• OSHA 10 or 30

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, work in ceilings, and stand for extended periods
