o UPS and Servers (Single Processor)

o Reimaging, Viruses, Data Migration
· In-Home/In-Office Support
· Intra-room cabling
· Customer Soft Skills Training – refresher
· CompTIA Server +
· OEM Server Certifications
· Advanced Printer Certifications
· FOC Triage and Tech Support Training
Intermediate Workforce
· Career Development Position
· Increasingly difficult tasks and assignments as directed
· May diversify and specialize in select segmented technical and/or Client expertise
· Possesses proven customer service, communications and time management skills
