Evaluate construction project costs by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to create accurate and competitive bids. They collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

This is a long-established general contractor that provides construction and project management services across multiple sectors. It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity
Description
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
- Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids.
- Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules.
- Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting.
- Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.
Profile
- Demonstrating extensive experience estimating for multifamily construction projects.
- Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
- Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
- Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
- Open to travel across Texas occasionally
