Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager II to oversee operations and ensure the successful delivery of services at our Washington, District of Columbia location. In this long-term contract role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage site deliverables, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. This position offers the opportunity to exercise leadership and independent judgment while contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations teams and user support/help desk functions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate planned site activities and implementation tasks with external partners and customer resources.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and system availability, including peripherals, to optimize performance.
• Track and report license compliance to maintain 100% adherence to organizational standards.
• Evaluate client data and apply analytical techniques to address diverse tasks and achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers and functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide staff supervision, including training and development, to foster a productive and efficient team.
• Contribute to the development of organizational goals through strategic decision-making and leadership.• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage operations staff effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in tracking compliance and implementing policies to meet organizational standards.
• Ability to analyze complex data and apply independent judgment to achieve results.
• Knowledge of system maintenance, automation practices, and peripheral management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff development and training.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and the ability to ensure satisfaction through efficient operations.
