Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and translate them into clear, concise repair orders.
Provide customers with detailed explanations of needed services and associated costs.
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the workflow of the service department.
Maintain open and consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle's progress.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle repair processes.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with automotive repair software and computer systems.
Ability to effectively manage service schedules and customer expectations.
A valid driver's license.
