Position: Accounting Specialist
Pay: $30/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Guntown, MS

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with accrual accounting and ensure compliance with standards
- Support financial audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Collaborate to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
- Mentor junior staff on accounting practices as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in accrual accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
