The Career Shop is a boutique recruiting firm with experienced Sr. Level recruiters and we are growing one person at a time. We're not looking for 10 people. We're looking for the right one.
\n
\n
We're looking for an experienced agency recruiter, executive recruiter or full desk recruiter interested in an independent, performance based opportunity.
\n
\n
This isn't entry level and it isn't salaried. If you know how to recruit, build relationships, work a search and finalize + communicate well after, we'll give you access to the platform, support and opportunities... AND GET OUT OF YOUR WAY
\n
\n
WHAT WE DO:
\n
• Colorado rooted boutique recruiting and executive search firm working nationally
\n
• AEC, Construction, Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure and CRE
\n
• Mission Critical/Data Centers, Industrial/Manufacturing and Aerospace/Aviation
\n
• PMs, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, Architects, BD/Marketing, Operations, Executives and specialized technical talent
\n
\n
WHAT'S AVAILABLE:
\n
• ATS, CRM and recruiting intelligence
\n
• Active client relationships and open searches
\n
• Established network and business development activity
\n
• Recruiter or full desk... both can work
\n
• Know another vertical inside and out? Let's talk about building it

WHO THIS IS FOR:
\n
• Experienced Agency Recruiter, Executive Recruiter or Full Desk Recruiter
\n
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates
\n
• Self directed and knows how to run a recruiting desk
\n
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and motivated to make money
\n
• Comfortable operating independently
\n
• Understands commission based means risk AND upside
\n
• AEC / Construction / Engineering recruiting experience preferred, especially Colorado
\n
• Open to experienced recruiters throughout the U.S.
\n
You must be free to provide recruiting services in the markets you pursue. If an existing noncompete, non-solicitation agreement or other contractual restriction prevents that, we're not interested in creating a conflict.
\n
