City Express by Marriott New Orleans I-10 is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with prior Marriott brand experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring compliance with Marriott standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records using Marriott systems (PMS)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and guest service expectations
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Marriott-branded hotel
- Experience with hotel systems (Opera, MARSHA, or similar) preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
