Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in clerical work, including data entry and document management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles is advantageous.
