Engineer – Facilities Engineering & Project Oversight

Role & Reporting
• The Engineer will be assigned on-site at Aramark facilities and report to the Aramark Facilities Team.
• The Engineer will provide regular status updates and reports to AHJ to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities
• Perform full-time engineering services supporting Aramark facilities.
• Manage and oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
Project & Vendor Management
• Lead engineering projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Track milestones and escalate risks or issues to DVM as required.
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety assessments and report hazards.
• Maintain project records, system documentation, and provide periodic reports to DVM.
• Document system changes and coordinate with AHJs when required.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact at assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with Aramark stakeholders to define priorities and execute work.
• Recommend system improvements and operational efficiencies.
Work Schedule
• On-site presence required as dictated by operational needs.
• Schedule changes or time off require prior management approval.
