What does a Real Time Information Center Analyst do?
As a new Part Time Real Time Information Center Analyst with the O'Fallon Police Department, you can expect a diverse and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibility will be monitoring real-time data and responding proactively to incidents in the region. You will analyze information to identify possible trends and provide staff with information to better deploy resources.
Daily tasks will include collaborating with team members, utilizing innovative tools to enhance information flow, and providing timely responses to requests for information. Additionally, you will participate in briefings and debriefings to stay updated on all public safety concerns. Your schedule will include shifts that cover nights and weekends.
