Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties.

- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Manage resident relations, addressing concerns, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

- Assist with preparation of Annual Budgets and monitoring budget variances, ensuring financial goals are met.

- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.

- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient property operations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of property activities.

- Maintain interface with board members, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting.

- Attendance of board meetings virtual/in person mainly evenings.

- Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Knowledge of property management software and tools.

- Familiarity with local property regulations and laws.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

· CPM, ARM designation a plus

  • Possess real estate license a plus
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Proven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinates
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
  • Knowledge of YARDI a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery and regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.
