Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals identified during assessments.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's mental health needs are met.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Proven skills and experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of evidence-based practices.
