Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage legal documents, including filing with courts and tracking deadlines.
• Coordinate and maintain attorneys’ calendars to ensure timely scheduling of hearings and appointments.
• Handle e-filing and court submissions with precision and adherence to procedural requirements.
• Assist in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to support case preparation and execution.
• Conduct research and gather information relevant to personal injury cases.
• Monitor case progress and maintain organized records for quick reference.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures in all tasks performed.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including handling phone calls and managing supplies.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a litigation law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and court procedures.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and related legal processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
