The Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative will play a dual role in delivering expert pest control services and driving sales growth. This position involves inspecting properties, consulting with customers, and managing follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Working within a collaborative sales and technical team, this role handles a variety of commercial and residential pest control projects, utilizing both treatment application equipment and office software to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pest inspections for commercial and residential clients
• Consult with customers to assess pest control needs and recommend solutions
• Identify and pursue sales prospects to expand customer base
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service
• Valid driving license to travel between job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in pest control
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current pest control license
