Job Title: Field Application and Service Engineer
Location: (a) Austin, Texas USA (b) Boise, Idaho USA (c) NY (d) San Jose (e) Mexico
Responsibilities:
• Ensure SEMICS’s product alignment with customer systems by collaborating directly with the customer's engineers and SEMICS sales, planning, and marketing teams
• Direct Customer support: Wafer Prober System Setup, Evaluation, Operation, Maintenance Training, Device setup Training, Troubleshooting Training
• Track and report program details, qualification plans. Be the focal point in addressing customer technical issues by driving resolution with the SEMICS team and communicating to the customer's representatives.
Requirement:
• Bachelors in engineering or related degree with Electro- Mechanical aptitude
• Experience at wafer testing in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Experience in a direct customer support role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present technical information in writing, through emails and reports, or orally, to management, technical and non-technical audiences, and functional teams.
• A proven ability to set priorities, understand resource allocations, and drive teams to meet timelines.
• Ability to travel the US, Canada, Mexico, South Korea
• Prefer US citizen or Taiwan/China/Korean citizen with H1B visa or Green card holder with native English speaking.
