1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm; Occasional Saturday work
Key skills for this role are:
- Responsible for inspection methods, correct measuring technique, and inspection / audit processing, etc.
- Responsible for inspection and recording results of inspection or audit data accurately and with appropriate detail in relevant systems. (SAP, Access, etc.)
- Attention to detail

- Microsoft word, excel and processing software
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reads drawings and planning packages, updates as needed for ECN activity or directed
changes. Verifies dimensions and performs functional/analytical testing as required.
• Maintains calibration listings and updates as needed.
• Proficient in use of calipers, DMMs, Optical comparator, micrometer, ring, thread, plug
gages, profilometer, XRF, optical measuring systems. Other inspection equipment as
required and trained.
• Inspects and Records resulting inspection or audit data accurately and with appropriate
detail in relevant systems, (SAP, Access, etc). Looks for and highlight improvement or
failure trends. Supports operations for purges, sorts and blocking inventory deemed
defective.
• Writes procedures used for inspection activities, updates planning packages, confers
with engineers as needed.
Job Description/Requirements:
- Dimensional FA Completion time. Open count of DFAs.
- Blocked inventory material documentation and tracking.
- Other duties as required.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands
- to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to sit and work on a computer.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or
- move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color
- vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes
- or airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience
