Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate
Local: $50 – $55/hr
Traveler: $53 – $58/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care, assess patient needs, perform respiratory treatments, and support safe patient care across assigned facilities.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Current NBRC certification in hand at time of submission.

Current BLS certification in hand at time of submission.

Active Ohio RRT license in hand at time of submission.

Strong respiratory care and patient assessment skills.

Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Willingness to float to other facilities as required.

All required certifications must be provided with the candidate submission.

All work history, including previous positions with the organization, must be included in the candidate profile.
Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive respiratory care according to physician orders and facility protocols.

Assess patients’ respiratory status and identify changes requiring intervention.

Perform respiratory treatments, procedures, and therapies based on patient needs.

Monitor patient response to respiratory interventions and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.

Accurately document respiratory assessments, treatments, and patient responses.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Maintain patient safety and follow infection-control and respiratory-care protocols.

Support NI Expansion coverage for the NMET team as required.

Float to other facilities based on operational needs and documented qualifications.

Potential floating locations may include Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.

Maintain flexibility with weekend scheduling and assignment requirements.
