Job Description

Galloway, Lucchese, Picchi & Austin, a prominent litigation defense firm, seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have recent civil litigation experience, is adept with e-filing in both federal and state courts, and has a strong knowledge of all phases of the litigation process from start to finish including pleadings, law and motion, briefs, discovery, and calendaring.

Candidate must possess excellent typing and proofreading skills. In addition to superb technical and organizational skills, we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude who takes initiative, is detail oriented, is an effective communicator, is able to multi-task, and who works well under pressure.
