DELI OPENINGS-COOKS AND DELI CLERKS- WELCOME TO APPLY-FULL AND PART TIME- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

This position is at our Lutherville, md Store

We are excited to invite experienced cooks and deli clerks to join our dynamic team for deli openings. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, your culinary skills and food service experience will be valued as you help create a welcoming environment for our customers. If you have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and a background in the food industry, we want to hear from you!

Graul's Market has been serving the Baltimore area since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product.

**Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.

**Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the bus or light rail lines.

DELI CLERKS AND COOK POSITIONS-Full time and Part Time Openings

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and other food offerings, following established recipes and quality standards.
Assist with food handling duties such as slicing meats and cheeses, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness in the deli and kitchen areas.
Ability to prepare and cook foods according to recipes
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answer questions about products, suggest upselling opportunities, and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation, retail grocery stores, or restaurant environments is required.
Experience slicing meats, preparing trays, and making sandwiches
Ability to prepare and cook foods according to recipes
Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and the ability to upsell products naturally.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced quick service while maintaining attention to detail.
