Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support requests during weekend shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for end users. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents reported to the service desk during weekend hours.

Provide technical support for a variety of software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Document issues and resolutions in the service desk system and escalate more complex problems as needed.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with end users.
- Track customer issues and resolutions. Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
