Class A drivers with 3 months experience run OTR for 12 days and be home for 2 full days while you can bring your pet and a rider from day one.

Drivers average pay is $1300-$1800/WK with the top half of drivers making $1525/WK

- All freight is no touch and 50% drop and hook. Drivers may run all 48 states but over 70% of the freight is east of I-35. Drivers run for 12 days and are home for two full days. During home time drivers take the truck home with them

- Starting pay is based on experience with the $.54-$.60CPM, a $.03CPM safety bonus and a $750 sign on bonus that is paid out over your first year

- Drivers can bring their pet and a rider from day one

- Full benefits start after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401K and more

- Trucks are newer and all have APUs and inverters

- Drivers must live north of I-4 between Orlando and Tamps

Driver Requirements Strict Qualifications:

No failed or refused DOT drug test ever

Cannot have been terminated from your last driving job

Minimum 3 months OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years

Clean driving record:

o No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the las 12 months

o Major moving violations: None in the last year; only 1 in the last 3 years

Safety: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years; no DOT-recordable incidents in the last 3 years
