Assistant Project Manager - Ground up Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Ground up Construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills and a keen understanding of commercial and mixed-use construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Help manage project budgets and ensure that all financial controls are adhered to.
  • Participate in site meetings and ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with commercial and mixed-use construction projects is a plus.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
