Are you a skilled and reliable maintenance professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in sunny San Diego? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established, professionally managed apartment community.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $25-$27 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Conduct unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Respond promptly to work orders and on-call emergencies (rotating schedule)

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in handy man, work, apartment or building maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
EPA or HVAC certification a plus but not required
