Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Aerospace Chief Engineer to lead the development of mechanical and electromechanical aerospace systems and components. This role is central to supporting design, fabrication, application, and repair processes—ensuring compliance with FAA Part 145 standards and industry best practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, hands-on engineering leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of aerospace mechanical and electromechanical systems

Manage the operation and repair of critical aircraft systems including heat exchangers, exhaust components, tooling, and test equipment

Oversee compliance with FAA Part 145 standards

Provide engineering leadership and mentor junior engineers

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions

Apply principles of brazing, metrology, and telemetry in design and manufacturing processes
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing

Proven experience working with FAA Part 145 regulations

Previous role as Engineering Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Strong knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry
