A well-established venture capital firm is seeking a versatile builder-doer to lead executive operations and drive priority initiatives across the platform. In this senior operations role, you’ll work closely with the Founder/Managing Partner and partner team to streamline workflows, stand up systems, and own critical projects spanning firm operations, investor relations, and SPVs. The environment is lean, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative with meaningful responsibility from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into a VC and partner directly with the managing partners.

- Own the Founder/Managing Partner’s operating cadence: priorities, follow-ups, prep materials, and cross-functional execution
- Build and refine systems and processes (CRM/LP database, investor trackers, dashboards, data rooms, automation)
- Drive investor relations workflows for funds/SPVs: LP communications, diligence responses, data-room management, and close coordination with legal/fund admin
- Prepare investor updates, fundraising collateral, and pipeline summaries with impeccable attention to detail
- Coordinate capital calls/wires, credit facility tracking, and coordination with tax/accounting advisors
- Oversee and optimize workflows to ensure consistency and quality against executive priorities
- Implement automation/AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, reporting, and communications
- Lead special projects and firmwide initiatives from scoping through execution, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines
