We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Networking Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced networking solutions. This position provides technical leadership, and they will work closely with customers, sales, and engineers to develop scalable, reliable, and future-ready solutions that support business objectives. It also involves translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions. Additionally, this position evaluates emerging technologies and contribute to strategic planning for their respective practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise IT architectures that align with business objectives and future scalability needs.
- Produce comprehensive bill of materials and scopes of work for designed solutions.
- Oversee the configuration and installation of designed solutions.
- Create documentation for architectures, implementation plans, and best practices to ensure consistency, streamline deployments, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Work with vendors and partners to evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic planning for their respective practice.
- Communicate and present solutions and industry trends to the sales team
- Mentor and train team members to equip them with the skills needed for configuring and troubleshooting designed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous 5+ years' experience in network engineering or architecture roles
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching)
- Experience in multi-vendor environments (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
