Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Salary: Starting at $70,000+ per year, based on experience

Job Summary KeyStaff is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist for a growing manufacturing company in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, along with hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP. This position will be responsible for purchasing materials, equipment, OEM parts, and supplies while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring materials are delivered on time to support production.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for materials, equipment, OEM parts, and supplies
- Create, process, and track purchase orders using NetSuite
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on production needs
- Track shipments, deliveries, lead times, and logistics to ensure materials arrive on schedule
- Communicate professionally and courteously with suppliers by phone and email
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Resolve purchasing, receiving, shipping, and invoice discrepancies
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Accounting, and Management
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and supplier information
- Assist with sourcing materials and components needed for the manufacturing process
Required Qualifications
- Previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
- NetSuite experience is REQUIRED
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics
- Experience with logistics and shipment tracking
- Familiarity with different types of metals, including silver, aluminum, steel, brass, and stainless steel
- Strong supplier/vendor communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Important: Candidates must have hands-on NetSuite experience and a purchasing/procurement background. Manufacturing, OEM parts, logistics, and metals experience are strongly preferred.
