The Mission: Our client, a specialized Tampa litigation boutique, is looking for a top-tier Litigation Paralegal to serve as the operational backbone for their 3rd Party Insurance Defense team. This isn't a "paper-pushing" role at a volume mill; this is a high-impact position where you manage the flow of complex, multi-party litigation from intake to trial.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Operational Excellence: You will own the litigation calendar, ensuring that "last-minute" is never a phrase used in the office.
- Case Mastery: You will become the expert on your files—managing high-volume medical records, insurance policy deep-dives, and complex discovery productions with surgical precision.
- Courtroom Readiness: You will lead the "Trial Tech" side of the practice, organizing exhibit binders and witness logistics that allow our attorneys to focus purely on advocacy.
