Antitrust Associate Attorney (3–6 Years)
Location: Washington, DC (Preferred)
Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 + Bonus

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw firm seeking an Antitrust Associate to join its leading antitrust practice. This team advises on high-profile merger investigations and complex transactions across industries including technology, life sciences, healthcare, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Support antitrust merger investigations and transactional matters
• Manage substantive and procedural aspects of Second Request (2R) compliance
• Lead document reviews and supervise associate and contract attorney teams
• Advise clients through regulatory review processes

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials
• 3–6 years of antitrust experience, including mergers and merger investigations
• Hands-on experience managing Second Request compliance and 2R reviews
• Technology and/or life sciences experience preferred
• Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills
