<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client is a manufacturer of Power and Process equipment that is looking to bring on an experienced Mechanical or Chemical Engineer to join their design team. 
8:00 to 4:30 or 9 to 5:30, Monday - Friday 
 

<ul>
<li> Perform wall thickness and line sizing calculations as well as calculations for pressure vessels and piping systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Review and apply customer specifications and applicable codes to design of products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Prepare Bill of Materials for Custom Manufactured equipment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Capable of communicating with production department, vendors and customers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> 5+ years of real-world mechanical design experience utilizing ASME Code </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> BSME/BSChemE</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Strong working knowledge of ASME Piping code (B31.1 / B31.3) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Metallic and non-metallic materials (Fiberglass - Familiarity with RTP1 is a plus ++) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Understanding and familiarity with fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, pressure vessels, Shell and tube Heat exchangers, Valves, and Piping Systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Proficient in AutoCAD Mechanical Software - 2D</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> In depth knowledge of welding and NDE is required.</li>
</ul>
