Established 130+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Attorney for Private Wealth Services in Tampa, FloridaAn established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 130 years in practice is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team. This role supports a sophisticated private wealth practice and focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and closely held business succession planning, serving high-net-worth individuals and families.

Salary range: $190,000-$260,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
5+ years of experience practicing estate planning and private wealth law
Florida Bar admission in good standing
Experience drafting complex estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and advanced transfer vehicles
Strong knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships with professionalism and discretion
Strong academic credentials and large or mid-sized firm experience preferred
Responsibilities
Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning structures tailored to high-net-worth clients
Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax minimization, and asset protection planning
Handle trust and estate administration matters including probate and fiduciary counseling
Collaborate with corporate, tax, and real estate teams on integrated planning matters
Maintain direct client contact and provide strategic guidance on long-term wealth planning goals
Support business succession planning for closely held and family-owned businesses - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
