Location: On-site in Glendale, CA. Youll work from a busy, centrally located office that is easily commutable from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Alhambra, and surrounding areas.
Note: This role requires full-time, on-site work in Glendale plus significant litigation paralegal experience (ideally 5+ years) with strong drafting, discovery, calendaring, and case management skills in state and/or federal court.

Job Description
- Support attorneys on wage-and-hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in California state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, affidavits, and related litigation documents in accordance with court rules and procedures
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and secondary sources and provide written summaries or analysis to attorneys
- Interview clients and witnesses, gather facts, and prepare clear, organized summaries of statements and evidence
- Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, deposition transcripts, and pleadings
- Assist with discovery and case management, including document review, organization, and database entry and cross-referencing
- Help attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness lists, trial binders, and may attend hearings, mediations, or trials as needed
- Track and record billable time accurately and maintain detailed records for assigned matters
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and high-priority litigation tasks as requested by attorneys
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in employment, wage-and-hour, or class action matters
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, pleadings, and discovery in state and federal courts
- Demonstrated experience drafting litigation documents and managing discovery and case files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and maturity when dealing with confidential information and clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in litigation support or case management software
- Bachelors degree and/or paralegal studies certification preferred
