<li>- Will be hauling kitchen and bathroom cabinets that are packed individually in cardboard boxes and plastic (average weight is 50-100lbs+) - all freight is floor loaded.</li>

<li>- AT EACH STOP: Drivers detail unload - they will validate each piece of product delivered against the products ordered - Avg delivery time per stop is 1-1.5 hours.</li>

<li>-&nbsp;Drivers will tailgate and down stack freight during unload.</li>

<li>Route Profiles:
<ul>
<li>- Dedicated dealer loads: Direct to dealer routes hauling cabinets, averaging 8-12 stops/load.</li>
<li>- Cross-dock regional loads: Combined fleet operations hauling both Omega and Bertch Cabinets. These routes feature lower overall mileage but are higher frequency, averaging 25-30 stops/load (up to 40 stops max), delivering between 1-5 cabinets/stop.</li>

- Double bunk, automatic trucks with refrigerators
- $2,000 weekly pay plus $10,000 sign on bonus
