Work with Halfway House team to coordinate and perform all duties, protocols, and assignments given by the House Manager and as needed to ensure shift runs effectively. Completes admission and orientation for new clients admitted to halfway house program, as appropriate. Provide effective, respectful, and culturally sensitive support for each client, with a consistent focus on how their interactions influence consumer recovery. Addresses client concerns and reports these concerns to House Manager or other appropriate staff. Provide competent, effective, and culturally sensitive peer group facilitation for groups in community living, as appropriate or as needed. Maintain a schedule approved by supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
At least a High School Diploma
One to two years of experience working with substance abuse population preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent technological and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Ability to work with client and staff peers
Ability to manage a variety of tasks/projects simultaneously
A North Carolina driver's license and a clean driving record
