Our Client is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing team in Carmel, IN. Plaintiff-side experience is preferred, but candidates with General Liability Defense, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, or Medical Malpractice experience who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Attend hearings and assist with trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Indiana Bar license (or ability to obtain).
- Litigation experience.
- Personal Injury experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
