We are seeking a Production Welder to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This role focuses on repetitive production welding in a structured, safety-driven environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable following blueprints, maintaining consistent weld quality, and working extended shifts based on production needs.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform high-volume production welding on steel components</li>
<li>Follow blueprints, schematics and work instructions</li>
<li>Complete repetitive welding tasks while maintaining quality standards</li>
<li>Meet production and safety expectations</li>
<li>Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisors regarding work orders and priorities</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Experience with MIG welding</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints</li>
<li>Strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance</li>
</ul>
