Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a new front desk receptionist float for our busy medical offices. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, youll be the face of our clinicsetting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit. This position will go between our Lone Tree, Arapahoe, Southlands, and Teddy Lane locations; as well as our Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Greenwood Village. The right candidate will be comfortable traveling to all locations stated.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed
  • Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately
  • Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments
  • Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 3 years of Customer service experience
  • Must have proficient computer/typing skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and good driving record
  • Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person

Pay range: $19.00-$20.00
