Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating and managing online listings and location pages through platforms such as Yext. You will coordinate with marketing agency partners and other vendors to schedule meetings, review content, and support collaborative projects. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership teams is key to ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Essential Skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Document control and administrative support capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience coordinating with agencies and vendors is preferred
- Experience supporting franchise or multi-location brands is a plus
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office, full-time from Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Lorton, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
