Position Summary
The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in Evansville, IN. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The associate will serve as a visible deterrent to potential security threats while providing assistance and guidance to individuals on-site. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to foster a secure atmosphere that promotes peace of mind for all stakeholders.
Essential Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them as needed.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Skills

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Monday and Tuesday: 3rd shift (10p-6a)
